When will we send your order?
We dispatch Monday to Friday, including Wednesdays. Retail shop opening hours are separate from dispatch operations.
- Express: order before 2pm
- Express orders placed before 2pm AEST (Queensland time) are dispatched the same business day.
- Standard: order earlier
- Standard orders are usually dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed during the Christmas peak. Allow extra preparation time.
Order = you complete checkout. Dispatch = we send your parcel. Delivery = it arrives at your address. Same-day dispatch does not guarantee Christmas delivery.

These are the carrier’s recommended dates for handing parcels to Australia Post, not guaranteed arrival dates or Standard order deadlines.
- Australia Post services only — not Aramex or other carriers.
- Check the service available at checkout for your item and address.
- Carrier lodgement dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Standard orders need extra preparation time during peak periods. Order earlier: same-day Standard dispatch cannot be promised.
Choosing Express? Our before-2pm AEST (Queensland time) policy gives same-business-day dispatch. It does not guarantee Christmas arrival. Shop early even when using Express.

Australia Post’s recommendations assume collection and direct transport to its processing facility. Post Office counter lodgement must be by 2:30pm.

A couple of things worth knowing
Can I order on the carrier lodgement date?
Standard customers should order earlier: peak-period same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Express orders placed before 2pm AEST (Queensland time) are dispatched the same business day, Monday to Friday, including Wednesdays. Neither the dispatch policy nor the carrier dates promise Christmas arrival.
Does same-day dispatch guarantee Christmas delivery?
No. Placing an order, dispatch and delivery are different steps. Same-day dispatch means we send your parcel that business day; it does not promise when it will arrive. The selected service, destination and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.
What if my parcel is sent after the recommended date?
It may arrive after Christmas. If timing is important, contact us before ordering, especially for regional, remote or offshore addresses. Check the available service at checkout and order as early as possible.
