Warranty & Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase from Scooter Crew and cannot be excluded. Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to these rights.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Most products sold by Scooter Crew also include a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, modification, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.

If you believe your product has a fault, please contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the fault. We may assess the claim ourselves or refer it to the manufacturer or supplier for assessment. Regardless of any manufacturer warranty outcome, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Wear Items

Some parts are considered wear items, including wheels, bearings, grips, grip tape, brake pads, bushings and other parts that naturally wear through normal use. Normal wear and tear is not covered by manufacturer warranty.

If a wear item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue.

Misuse, Modification & Damage

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, crashes, impact damage, water exposure, rust, modification, poor maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
