Products may be returned within 90 days of delivery for change of mind, incorrect size, colour or product selection, provided the item meets the change-of-mind return conditions below.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
For approved faulty, incorrect or not-as-described returns, Scooter Crew will cover reasonable return shipping costs and will not deduct return label fees, restocking fees, original postage or payment processing fees.
CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE ORDERED

Scooter Crew can provide you with a return label, allowing you to take the parcel to your local Post Office and return it to us hassle-free.
For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size, colour or product selection, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If we provide a return label, the cost of the return label is a flat rate of $18. This will be deducted from your refund or charged before a replacement product is sent.
For change-of-mind refunds, we may also deduct the original postage cost and a 5% restocking fee from your refund.
If your order was paid by PayPal, any PayPal processing fee that is not refunded to us by PayPal may be deducted from a change-of-mind refund.
If your order was paid by card, any card processing fee that is not refunded to us by the card processor may be deducted from a change-of-mind refund.
If you choose to exchange the product, we will contact you to arrange either a credit note for the value of the returned item or your choice of exchange item. A shipping charge will apply for sending the replacement product.
If you request a refund for an approved change-of-mind return, we will usually process the refund within 24 hours of approving the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, the refunded money may take up to 5 working days to become available in your account. Refunds are issued back to the same payment method used for the original order.

SIZING NOTE
Sizing for protective gear, skates and shoes is provided as a guide only. As bodies and feet vary in shape, it is not possible to guarantee that every item will fit every customer exactly.
Wrong-size exchanges where the customer selected the size will incur two-way shipping. This does not apply where the item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR NOT-AS-DESCRIBED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos, video or other information so we can assess the issue quickly.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement or refund.
For approved faulty, incorrect or not-as-described returns, Scooter Crew will cover reasonable return shipping costs and the shipping cost for any replacement product.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to our warranty page for full details.
Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit those rights.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to change-of-mind returns, incorrect size, colour or product selection returns only. They do not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns must be made within 90 days of delivery.
Items returned for change of mind, exchange or refund must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Returned clothing items must be free from marks, stains, odours, rips or other signs of use.
Returned hardware must be in resaleable condition, with no scratches, marks, scuffs, damage or signs of use.
A change-of-mind refund or exchange may be refused if the returned product is not received in resaleable condition.
Socks cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size selection for hygiene reasons.
Customised or modified products cannot be returned for change of mind, exchange or refund.
These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
